This role demands a graduate-level degree in Nursing, with a minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, particularly with First Nations. Key Responsibilities:



• Provide clinical expertise and oversight to nursing teams • Mentor and guide nurses in NTC Nursing Framework • Lead culturally safe and trauma-informed care practices • Collaborate with Child & Youth and Mental Health teams • Ensure adherence to BCCNM Professional Standards
