Availability

Position is on‑call; candidates must maintain open availability for dispatch seven days a week.

License

Minimum Class3 driver’s license with Air Brake Endorsement.

Job focus

Collect and transport residential waste to GFL facilities, ensuring proper disposal.

Physical role; ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50pounds repetitively.

Key responsibilities
Manually load recyclable waste into vehicle.
Operate residential/recycling vehicle and hydraulic side‑load system.




Drive truck and equipment safely using prescribed techniques.
Maintain route quality standards.
Exhibit professional appearance and demeanor.
Keep accurate service records.

Requirements
Class3 driver’s license with Air Brake Endorsement.
Physical ability to lift up to 50pounds repetitively.
Demonstrated safe driving and equipment operation skills.
