Key Responsibilities:
• Execute procurement actions using sound business judgment
• Advise contract proponents on contract service requirements

• Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 12 years’ experience in contracts for capital projects
• Relevant professional certification (CIPS, ISM, APICS)
• Strong understanding of international contract procedures
• Proven communication and negotiation skills
