Key Responsibilities:
• Dispatch and monitor North American shipments
• Communicate with clients for issue resolution
• Maintain databases and required documentation

Requirements:
• 5-7 years of logistics experience, preferably in 3PL/4PL
• Strong understanding of international shipments
• CCS, CITT, or PLOG certification preferred
