Reporting to the Program Director, this temporary, full time position is responsible for developing educational resources that ensure high-quality patient care. With at least three years of relevant clinical experience, you'll employ your nursing knowledge to support staff training and development initiatives. This role aims to strengthen evidence-informed decision-making and practice among clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical education to meet staff needs
• Ensure adherence to best practices in patient care
• Collaborate with management for quality improvement
• Support staff in applying nursing theory effectively
• Engage with external partners in educational processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• 3+ years of clinical experience required
• College registration in Alberta is mandatory

• Reliable vehicle for inter-site travel
