This position reports to the Continuing Education Manager and involves planning programs that meet APEGA’s educational standards. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design comprehensive programs that enrich participants' experiences. Your role encompasses managing logistics and ensuring consistent delivery across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute continuing education programs and initiatives
• Analyze participant learning needs to create impactful experiences
• Develop frameworks and oversee program delivery




• Coordinate presenters and manage logistics for smooth execution
• Ensure adherence to APEGA’s regulatory and educational standards

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant program coordination experience
• Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
• Robust knowledge of LMS and educational tools
• Familiarity with instructional design is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
