In your role, you will report to the Plant Manager and lead a diverse team of supervisors and hourly workers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that production outputs meet scheduled targets while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all safety regulations are adhered to at all times
• Motivate team members to focus on quality production

Requirements:
• Post-Secondary education in Manufacturing/Operations preferred
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Familiarity with LEAN, budget control, and P&L; statements
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Computer skills including Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge is an asset
