You'll receive referrals based on demand in your area, ensuring your existing practice is supplemented effectively. The position promotes a supportive, judgment-free atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming client case referrals from Dialogue
• Offer goal-focused consultations to clients
• Support clients in understanding personal obstacles
• Foster an open dialogue about mental health challenges
• Connect clients with external resources as required

Requirements:
• Degree in counseling or psychology-related field
• Valid skilled license and insurance mandatory
• Office access in Canada for therapeutic sessions
• Short-term counseling experience preferred
• Familiarity with community resources an asset
