The Senior Payroll Administrator will assist the head of Payroll in delivering administrative services and ensuring accurate payroll processing. The role allows you to leverage your organizational skills and payroll expertise effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer payroll processing for global employees
• Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance rates
• Provide exceptional customer service to address payroll questions
• Participate in reviewing payroll work practices
• Support other payroll administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years payroll experience in a rapid-paced setting
• Familiarity with payroll laws and employee benefits
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficient in ADP Workforce Now and MS applications
• Previous benefits administration experience preferred
