Avmax is hiring a full-time Metrology Technician in Calgary, Alberta. The role is centered on calibrating and repairing aviation measuring equipment within a dynamic team.

In this position, you will support the Avmax avionics team, ensuring high standards of calibration and maintenance are met for mechanical and electrical instruments. The role is ideal for candidates with robust electronics knowledge and at least three years of relevant production experience. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Calibrate and repair various measuring equipment
• Utilize tooling effectively for accurate assessments
• Create work reports and documentation through Quantum




• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals
• Complete other assigned tasks as directed

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in a relevant discipline
• CCT designation or progress towards it preferred
• Minimum three years' experience in a production environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain Transport Canada security clearance
