Join Martinrea as a Joining Engineer, responsible for designing and optimizing joining processes in our automotive manufacturing sector. This position blends engineering and technical skills for impactful project execution.

As part of our Metallics Business Unit, you will work closely with the Corporate Joining Manager. With at least five years of experience in automation and a solid understanding of multiple joining technologies, you’ll aid in product launches and enhance manufacturing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of joining systems
• Apply industry standards to ensure process validation
• Collaborate on new business initiatives and presentations
• Conduct trials and run-at-rate activities at vendor sites




• Support R&D; in developing effective manufacturing solutions

Requirements:
• Minimum five years' experience in automotive joining technologies
• Post-secondary education in Welding Engineering or similar
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office and CAD tools
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
