Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in firefighting and rescue operations effectively
• Operate and inspect fire service vehicles and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the fire station
• Educate and engage with the community on fire safety
• Work collaboratively with first responders during incidents
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence (class D or higher)
• Completion of CTS testing stages prior to application
• NFPA 1001 Level 1 & 2 training completed
• Certification as an Emergency Medical Responder
• Ability to perform under stress and maintain physical fitness
