Be the key player in operational leadership at Chromium Guard Inc. as a Security Operations Supervisor. Focus on delivering high-quality concierge security services across the Greater Toronto Area while maintaining a hands-on approach.
In this role, you will lead daily operations, ensuring all security personnel are well-supported and clients are kept informed. Your responsibilities will include schedule management, staff training, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards, all while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and publish guard schedules for all sites
• Act as the first point of contact for coverage problems
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Prepare performance reports and updates for clients
• Support hiring and continuous training of security staff
Requirements:
• Unrestricted Ontario Security Guard Licence is essential
• 4+ years of relevant supervisory experience
• Current CPR/First Aid certification necessary
• Clean Vulnerable Sector Check required
• Reliable vehicle and Ontario Driver's Licence
