As a hands-on leader in this pivotal role, you will ensure that daily terminal operations are conducted safely and effectively. You'll supervise a team of Terminal Operators, fostering qualified growth while maintaining compliance with internal policies. Your hands-on involvement will include monitoring critical systems through SCADA and managing emergency responses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily terminal and pipeline operations
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
• Manage blending and pumping schedules efficiently
• Respond to operational alarms and emergencies
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in pipeline operations
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification as Operator 1 or higher
• Valid safety tickets and driver’s license
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
