Key Responsibilities:
• Drive consistent safety practices within maintenance teams
• Champion and assess maintenance best practices organization-wide
• Execute continuous improvement projects for operational needs




• Partner with leadership to assess and drive improvement initiatives
• Conduct site assessments to sustain improvement progress

Requirements:
• Trade certification or PMP/MMP preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance roles
• Proven expertise in maintenance best practices
• Solid communication and organizational change skills
• Willingness to travel up to 40%
