Drive operational efficiency at IRIS as the Director of Operations – West. Influence the success of our network of clinics in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, and New Brunswick.

This pivotal role requires an inspirational leader who specializes in field-based operations and team performance. Overseeing about 60 boutique-clinics, you will act as the bridge between senior leadership and frontline staff. Your focus will be on achieving financial and operational objectives while cultivating a patient-first culture throughout the network.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mobilize teams to reach performance and growth goals
• Connect field operations with corporate strategy
• Analyze and enhance business performance metrics




• Facilitate commercial initiatives and training programs
• Promote a culture of accountability and innovation

Requirements:
• Proven field leadership capabilities with solid presence
• Exceptional communication and coaching experience
• Demonstrated experience in multi-site operations management
• Capacity to execute strategic objectives effectively
• Commitment to improving customer experience and team development
