Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage residence life programming
• Guide Residence Assistants in effective planning
• Address conduct and safety issues as needed
• Recruit, train,



and evaluate student staff
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents

Requirements:
• Minimum two-year diploma in applicable field
• Two years of experience in student-facing roles
• Experience with equity-deserving communities valued
• Competence in crisis interventions and conflict resolution
• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check required
