Key Responsibilities:
• Offer assistance and support for independent living
• Work on securing reliable housing solutions
• Develop action plans through problem assessment
• Provide crisis intervention and manage client finances




• Maintain statistical data and records for reporting

Requirements:
• Relevant Diploma or Certificate required
• Minimum two years’ relevant experience preferred
• Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate is mandatory
• Clean Driver’s Abstract and Class 5 Licence
• Must pass Criminal Record Clearance – Vulnerable Sector
