You will work under the direction of the Patient Care Manager within a multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, documenting patient care, and participating in educational activities. Additionally, you may need to engage in program development and evaluation, and weekend scheduling may be part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Document all aspects of patient care and maintain statistics
• Actively participate in patient care meetings and program evaluations




• Deliver education programs based on adult learning principles
• Assist with treatment of geriatric patients with multiple conditions

Requirements:
• Licensed by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• MSc. in Physiotherapy or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Proven ability to lift and transfer patients effectively
• Current CPR certification and satisfactory performance record
