You will ensure transparent and accurate communication of pension-related information, fostering trusted relationships with various stakeholders. Your strategic mindset will promote continuous improvement in member engagement and education delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own UPP's member education and engagement program
• Coordinate planning of webinars and retirement education sessions
• Translate complex pension concepts for diverse audiences




• Collaborate with internal teams for effective messaging
• Gather insights for continuous improvement of programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate preferred
• 8-10 years in defined benefit pension administration
• Exceptional public speaking and facilitation skills
• Proven relationship-building capabilities
• Familiarity with university-sector or unionized environments
