Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee quality audits and ensure compliance
• Manage inspections and documentation in QMS
• Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory standards
• Communicate with Ministry of Transportation and stakeholders
• Assist in developing and improving operations training

Requirements:
• Minimum five years in road and bridge maintenance
• Preferred previous managerial experience
• In-depth knowledge of BC maintenance and ISO 9001:2015
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
