Position Overview Experience Over five (5) years’ experience working in protocol-driven, health environment with an emphasis on customer service, quality management, and operational and clinical excellence.
Strong clinical knowledge and experience is required to assess quality of call recording.
Working knowledge of primary care and the health care system in Manitoba is essential.
Experience developing and enhancing information systems to ensure operational and clinical excellence.
Experience assimilating data from multiple sources, analyzing and making recommendations related to education, quality and operations to resolve issues and improve clinical and allied health operations.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Current registration with CRNM required.
Master's of Nursing an asset.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Physical Requirements Fast-paced, rapidly changing environment in maintaining and ensuring timely updates to health care information and resources in ensuring appropriate service delivery is met provincially.




This term position may end earlier as outlined in your employee handbook.
This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred. A security check is considered current if it was obtained no more than six (6) months prior to the start of employment.
