As part of the Critical Care Program, report directly to the Patient Care Manager, and work within a cooperative interprofessional team. Your role will require the development of individualized recreation plans and effective facilitation of therapeutic activities. Help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals while providing a holistic approach to their recovery process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and develop tailored recreation programs
• Facilitate engaging therapeutic recreation activities
• Document and evaluate the progress of patient programs




• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal care
• Maintain patient safety and compliance with policies

Requirements:
• Degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies or equivalent
• Active member of Therapeutic Recreation Ontario
• 1 to 3 years of relevant therapeutic experience
• Current Basic Rescuer Certificate in CPR
• Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving abilities
