Join Bridgeland Riverside Community Care Centre as a Clinical Support Coordinator, where you will advance mental health care delivery. This full time position centers on clinical and leadership support in Complex Mental Health services.
Bridgeland Riverside is seeking a dedicated professional with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and extensive mental health experience. Your role will include providing mentorship to teams, assisting in implementing quality improvement strategies, and ensuring trauma-informed, person-centred care for patients. You'll also support diverse psychosocial needs of individuals with severe mental illness and concurrent disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and educate care teams on clinical best practices
• Implement and evaluate evidence-informed care strategies
• Assist in quality improvement and assessment processes
• Promote behaviour support strategies for patient care
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary care planning initiatives
Requirements:
• Active CARNA registration in Nursing
• 3 to 5 years of clinical experience in mental health
• Knowledge of harm reduction and rehabilitation standards
• Preferred training in psychiatric or crisis intervention nursing
• Leadership experience in similar environments considered an asset
