Required Skills

Proven experience in defining enterprise architecture and solution strategies for RSA Archer or similar GRC platforms.

Strong understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks, audit processes, and regulatory requirements.





Expertise in designing scalable Archer solutions supporting diverse governance domains.

Proficiency in establishing integration patterns, data modeling, security architecture, and governance standards.

Ability to lead architecture reviews, develop roadmaps, and carry out modernization initiatives.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Demonstrated technical leadership and oversight of complex platform transformations.

Nice To Have Skills

Experience with other GRC tools or enterprise security solutions.

Knowledge of cloud architecture and deployment strategies.

Familiarity with automation, scripting, or DevOps practices related to GRC platforms.

Preferred Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s preferred.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years focused on RSA Archer or equivalent GRC solutions.

Other Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for stakeholder engagement across different time zones.

Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, CISSP, or Certified Archer Professional are advantageous.
