Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and assess health programs in the community
• Evaluate the effectiveness of public health strategies
• Educate community members on health resources
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
• Conduct health assessments as required

Requirements:
• Active Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Previous experience in public health or community nursing preferred
• Strong skills in communication and critical thinking
• Willingness to travel and possess a valid driver’s license
• Satisfactory criminal background check
