Reporting to the National Director of Maintenance and Hotel General Manager, you will manage both interior and exterior property maintenance. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, performing repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. You will also coordinate with various hotel departments to streamline operations and enhance service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute regular visual inspections of mechanical systems
• Engage in daily maintenance tasks and documentation
• Facilitate minor electrical work and system corrections




• Manage vendor relationships and subcontractor performance
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and operational protocols

Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role
• Relevant diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred
• Physically fit to lift and transport materials
• Knowledge of building codes and engineering safety practices
• Skilled in budget monitoring and compliance
