In this role, you will oversee a dedicated team focused on supporting and optimizing financial systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of 10 to 15 financial systems professionals
• Ensure team engagement and manage performance activities
• Provide Level 2 support to internal stakeholders




• Manage critical incidents and coordinate stakeholder actions
• Drive improvements in financial processes and system governance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years in financial systems; 3 years in management
• Proven transformational leadership style
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Experience in insurance and financial products is an asset
