Coastal Mountain Excavations is seeking an Experienced Site Superintendent to drive project success while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction. Leverage your construction management experience to lead effective teams on-site.

The Site Superintendent will represent CME at construction sites, handling all contractual matters and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role involves directing site activities, coordinating schedules, and maintaining quality standards. Your solid understanding of construction procedures will drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee site operations and lead safety initiatives
• Communicate daily with Project Manager and VP Construction




• Organize and submit all project documentation
• Maintain a detailed log of site activities
• Direct resource allocation and ensure project flow

Requirements:
• 5-10 years in civil/excavation experience
• Established project management skills
• Valid Class 5 BC Drivers’ Licence
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HCSS Heavy Job Manager
• Solid problem-solving and risk management abilities
