• Develop preventive maintenance and turnaround plans
• Manage planning team for effective execution of tasks
• Maintain and optimize CMMS data for planning accuracy
• Build multi-year programs ensuring cost control
• Collaborate with teams to resolve scheduling conflicts
Requirements:
• University degree in relevant Engineering discipline
• Five years in supervisory roles
• Ten years of asset management experience
• Experience with gold milling and recovery systems
• Proficiency in CMMS tools like SAP
