Fraser Health invites applications for a Social Worker position dedicated to providing critical services in the Acute Care setting. This role includes responsibility for psychosocial assessments, leadership in interdisciplinary teams, and developing community resource connections. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide therapeutic counseling and support in acute care
• Conduct interviews and gather social data for assessments
• Coordinate with community and healthcare resources




• Document assessments and progress reports accurately
• Organize and lead educational support groups

Requirements:
• Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work
• One year of experience in a healthcare environment
• Current registration with the BC College of Social Workers
• Solid knowledge of emotional and mental health issues
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse settings
