Reporting to the Director of IT Product Management, you will lead the UX and product design efforts for Armstrong Collective's digital platforms. Focus areas include user journey optimization, booking flow design, and improving conversion rates. You will establish best practices in UX research while creating engaging and accessible interfaces that promote efficient guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end design strategies and implementations
• Conduct detailed usability testing and behavioral research




• Collaborate with engineering to ensure seamless user interactions
• Optimize pricing and availability models for transparency
• Integrate scalable design patterns in travel commerce

Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in UX research and design
• Proven history with travel-related booking platforms
• Expertise in enhancing ecommerce transactions
• Robust usability testing and journey mapping skills
• Proficient with analytics and A/B testing tools
