Join Bridgeland Riverside Community Care Centre as a Mental Health Clinical Coordinator. This full-time position focuses on providing high-level clinical support and operational leadership in Complex Mental Health services.

Your main responsibility will be to assist the Directors of Care in enhancing service delivery for individuals with severe mental illness and concurrent disorders. You will be instrumental in implementing evidence-based practices while promoting quality improvement initiatives that foster secure, person-centred care within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing interdisciplinary team operations
• Educate and mentor in clinical and behavioral issues
• Lead implementation of clinical standards in care practices




• Evaluate clinical initiatives and support documentation
• Encourage trauma-informed and psychosocial rehabilitation methods

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Registered with CARNA, required
• 3 to 5 years of relevant clinical experience
• 2 to 3 years of leadership experience preferred
• Background in long-term care environments considered an asset
