Adecco is currently hiring a full time experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal with CORES 3 to join a leading professional services organization in Edmonton. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with experience supporting corporate transactions, governance matters, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
Prepare and review corporate legal documents, resolutions, agreements, and related transaction materials.
Support mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, financings, and other corporate transactions.
Maintain and update corporate records, minute books, registers, and electronic filing systems.
Coordinate incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, dissolutions, business registrations, and extra-provincial filings.
Conduct corporate searches and review records for compliance.
Collaborate with legal professionals, clients, and regulatory bodies to manage ongoing corporate matters.
Assist with transaction closings and corporate maintenance activities.

Qualifications and Skills
Diploma or degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of corporate paralegal experience.




Strong knowledge of corporate law procedures, filings, and compliance requirements.
Experience supporting business transactions and corporate reorganizations considered an asset.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
