In this role, you will apply your extensive background in Data Engineering to lead the transformation initiatives from legacy systems to up-to-date data architectures. Your deep knowledge of data governance, finance models, and reporting capabilities will be essential in redesigning ingestion and transformation processes. You will act as a technical authority while guiding junior engineers in best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the transformation from Cloudera to Databricks
• Design enterprise-wide Data Lakehouse and Warehouse strategies
• Construct scalable, efficient data pipelines




• Champion data governance and quality assurance practices
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to engineering teams

Requirements:
• 12-18 years of comprehensive Data Engineering experience
• 8+ years focused on Data Warehousing and Lakes
• 5+ years working specifically with Databricks and Spark
• Experience with risk and finance data structures
• Knowledge of CI/CD frameworks including Git and Terraform
