Join Superior Farm as a full time Production Welder at our Minnedosa, MB facility. Proficiently weld component parts using MIG and electrode welders while ensuring a safe work environment.

We are seeking a skilled Production Welder with a Grade XII education and at least two years of welding experience. This role includes inspecting materials, finishing welds per technical drawings, and maintaining a clean workspace. You'll also train new employees and record work accurately in our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG and electrode welding proficiently
• Set up welding fixtures and inspect incoming materials
• Finish weld assigned parts according to specifications
• Repair deficiencies identified during inspections
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work area

Requirements:
• Grade XII education or equivalent
• 2+ years of welding experience preferred
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Welding certification is an asset
• Familiarity with manufacturing technology
