As Interim Manager, you will be essential in delivering quality dental programs to families in need within the Region of Peel. This role entails overseeing program planning, human resources, financial management, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will empower their team and enhance partnerships within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate dental service delivery and program evaluations
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and ongoing support
• Develop program strategies to meet community needs




• Oversee budget management and performance tracking
• Ensure compliance with applicable health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• Post-graduate degree in Health Administration or similar
• At least five years of relevant experience
• Leadership experience in healthcare settings
• Understanding of dental operations and quality improvement
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
