In this role, you will oversee all aspects of donor development and management, ensuring personalized involvement with key donors. Your collaborative efforts with various teams will streamline engagement strategies while conducting meetings that deepen donor relationships and enhance awareness of legacy giving.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research and manage relationships with potential major gift donors
• Align fundraising strategies with divisional teams
• Prepare customized donor engagement materials
• Drive awareness of leadership and legacy giving programs




• Track donor interactions and progress in Raiser’s Edge NXT

Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Fundraising
• Preference for candidates with CFRE or pursuing it
• Robust organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Excellent communication for effective engagement
• Proven experience in maintaining donor relations
