Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in installing subfloors, wall, and roofing sheeting
• Collaborate in the assembly of doors, windows, and trim
• Gather materials essential for unit assembly
• Pre-assemble components and interpret blueprints
• Operate hand and power tools with care

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of carpentry experience
• Familiarity with modular unit assembly is an asset
• Ability to lift 55 lbs unassisted
• Capable of standing and crouching for extended periods
