We are looking for a Caseworker with a Social Work degree and relevant experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong case management skills, particularly in working with Indigenous communities. The role also involves attending court sessions and ensuring compliance with the Child, Youth, and Family Enhancement Act. It requires flexibility for after-hours response.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide case management including intake and permanency
• Develop safety plans with families in the community
• Meet all legislative attendance requirements in court
• Timely data entry and recording of case information
• Participate in team and community meetings
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Social Work or related degree
• 2+ years experience in social work or human services
• Ability or willingness to be delegated in Alberta
• Criminal Record and Child Intervention checks required
• Availability for after-hours and weekend work
