Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily NOC operations and team dynamics

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or similar
• 7-10 years of experience in IT and operational leadership
• Proven track record in service management
• Familiar with automation and network architecture
• Strong communication and leadership skills
