In this accounting role, you’ll utilize your strong financial skills and 2 to 4 years of experience to oversee transactions and maintain detailed records for assigned properties. You will process accounts, prepare budgets, and generate timely reports to enhance the property’s financial health. Working closely with Property Managers, you’ll address any discrepancies while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounting tasks for assigned residential properties
• Process accounts payable and receivable accurately




• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and ledger entries
• Prepare statements and support budget planning
• Maintain financial records in property management systems

Requirements:
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Familiarity with property management software like Yardi
• Solid Excel skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
