Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on legal compliance and risk management
• Coordinate Board governance activities and support decision-making
• Draft and review essential legal documents
• Liaise with external advisors and regulators
• Promote a culture of integrity and accountability
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB with Law Society membership
• 10+ years of experience in legal counsel roles
• Experience with Indigenous governance and policies
• Strong writing and communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel as needed
