Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the national team for MPA supervision initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Act as the escalation point for supervisory issues




• Identify trends and report outcomes to governance committees
• Co-facilitate training programs for new Portfolio Managers

Requirements:
• CFA or CIM designation essential
• 5-10 years in portfolio management or investment advisory
• Robust knowledge of supervisory frameworks
• Experience in coaching and team leadership
• Expertise in stakeholder management and communication
