You will report to the Provincial Health, Safety & Environmental Manager. Your role focuses on overseeing safety compliance, conducting site inspections, and mentoring field leadership in incident reporting. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to foster a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strong HS&E; leadership and guidance to teams
• Conduct compliance inspections of job sites and facilities
• Lead investigations into safety incidents and report findings




• Evaluate subcontractor safety programs and recommend changes
• Implement and oversee the Certificate of Recognition Program (COR)

Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in HSE within the construction sector
• Active NCSO certification or equivalent
• Proficient knowledge of safety regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Must work autonomously with minimal supervision
