BA Blacktop is seeking a self-motivated Estimator to enhance our Project Procurement team. In this full-time role, you will develop comprehensive cost estimates for various civil projects and can also take on Project Manager responsibilities. The position involves utilizing your expertise in earthwork, structures, and paving while leading junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for bids
• Review specifications, drawings, and contract documents
• Utilize Autodesk QTO for takeoff quantities




• Negotiate and execute contract award processes
• Supervise and mentor junior estimators

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in estimating and project management
• Solid understanding of heavy civil construction practices
• Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid and B2W estimating
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
