Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• At least 7 years in engineering or facility management
• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in hospitality
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP architecture
• Preferred engineering degree or relevant certification
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
