Key Responsibilities:
• Lead service technicians in equipment maintenance and repairs
• Build strong and professional customer relations
• Support team training and implementation of solutions




• Manage project planning and contract scheduling
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies

Requirements:
• 10 years of HVAC or related experience
• Certification as a Journeyperson with a current refrigeration license
• Gas Fitter 1 certificate is a must
• Excellent planning and organizational capabilities
• Insight into Ainsworth's products preferred
