Elevate community impact with Minnesota Management and Budget as a Senior State Program Administrator. Collect and analyze qualitative data to enhance state program effectiveness while promoting equity.
This full time, temporary position is open to candidates currently enrolled in or recent graduates of related graduate programs. You’ll work alongside the MN StoryCollective team to identify policy improvements and present findings to stakeholders. Your analytical skills will contribute to meaningful solutions for Minnesota's programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze qualitative data for state programs
• Participate in technical work groups with state colleagues
• Analyze MN StoryCollective data for improvement
• Develop presentations and reports from findings
• Present data to policymakers and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Graduate degree or 3 years in qualitative data analysis
• Proficiency with Stata, Python, R, or similar
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and communication skills
• Commitment to diversity and inclusivity
• Ability to convey complex information clearly
