EDCL is seeking passionate individuals to assist with the support of others by implementing individualized programs and promoting independence. This role involves regular communication with families and community groups to improve quality of life for participants. You will also ensure that all staff are trained to follow established guidelines for effective care and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison with families and external agencies
• Support individuals in community engagement activities
• Facilitate the creation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs)




• Manage documentation and reporting accurately
• Supervise and guide daily skills training

Requirements:
• Related degree or certification along with experience
• Minimum 4000 hours experience with at-risk individuals
• Ability to obtain First Aid, CPR, and NVCI certifications
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Flexible and responsive to change and challenges
